Parking & Public Transport

Parking across the University of Warwick site is strictly controlled. We have secured a discounted event rate of £2.50 per day (up to a £10 maximum total for the event). You can pre-book parking online by following the instructions below.

1.     How to Register: Sign up via the UoW Parking anytime before you arrive. Code is EYTR26

2.     Book your full parking requirement: Choose all the days you are with us in one transaction—overestimate your start and exit as these are day rates.

3.     Event Parking Location: Park in Cryfield Village - Car Park P2 (located opposite the Sports Centre). You can park in any Uni car park Except the Sports Centre Car Park

4.     Drop-Offs / Accessibility: Car Park P23 (across from the fields) can be used initially, but once full, it will act strictly as a drop-off zone for equipment or individuals with mobility needs.

5.     Hotel Guests: Hotel parking is managed separately. If you park at the University hotel, register your vehicle at the hotel front desk. If you move your car to a University car park, you must use the event parking link; therefore, you may wish to leave your car once parked.
