Venue change for Junior Nationals - get planning your travel!

The 2026 Junior Nationals will now be played at Gresham Sports Park in Nottingham on August 29-30. This is a new venue for the Junior Nationals, and with another year of expansion to c.50 teams, 1,000 players and team staff, plus referees, supporters and suppliers, everyone involved is strongly urged to begin their planning now!

Parking at Gresham Sports Park is extremely limited. A parking space at Gresham cannot be guaranteed, so please do not rely on being able to park at the venue.

Even if you have been to Gresham Sports Park for an England High Performance Camp and are familiar with the local area, the number of teams and individual attendees mean that you should follow our recommendations.

Our strong recommendation is: 

TRAM + PARK & RIDE (Preferred alternative) Consider parking at Clifton South (close to A453) and travelling by tram. 

Drive → Park & Ride → Tram → Wilford Village → Walk to Gresham 

Allow approximately 30 minutes from arriving at Clifton South Park & Ride to reaching Wilford Village, including parking and waiting time.

Approximate walk time from Wilford Village tram stop to Gresham Sports Park: 10 minutes

CAR SHARE Please share vehicles with teammates, parents and other spectators wherever possible.

OTHER PUBLIC TRANSPORT Consider bus or tram travel, particularly if you are travelling from Nottingham or the surrounding area. 

WALK/CYCLE If you are staying locally, please consider walking or cycling to the venue. 

IF YOU DRIVE Please follow the event parking instructions and only park in designated areas. Do NOT park in local residential streets. We are working hard to secure additional overflow parking with local schools and organisations, but these arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation. Any additional parking locations will be communicated to teams and spectators before the event.
