A week of interviews with the world's best

This week England Touch will be bringing you interviews with some of the world's best players, coaches and administrators for everyone in our Touch community to enjoy.

Make sure you tune in to hear about their achievements in the game, their love for the sport of Touch and the importance of Wellbeing and Mental Health. 

Interview One: Monday 22nd February 20:00pm We will be interviewing England Opens internationals Dom Tripp, Emily Clews and Bronte Sykes about their involvement and achievements in the game, what it is like to represent England at Open Level and the challenges of being elite amateur athletes

Interview Two: Tuesday 23rd February 7:30am Grab your breakfast and tune into an interview with Touch New Zealand Referee Director Darrin Sykes and Alisha Ruaiti who is the No. 1 ranked female referee in New Zealand. Darrin and Alisha will be discussing their achievements in the sport, how they became involved in refereeing, the challenges of being an elite referee and issues surrounding wellbeing in refereeing

Interview Three: Wednesday 24th February 20:30pm Join us for an interview with Karly Banks and Dave Nolan, who are both high accomplished Australian Head Coaches. We will be discussing their innovative approaches to coaching, their achievements and their experience and approach to wellbeing and mental health

Interview Four: Friday 26th February 19:30pm Tune in to listen to Peter Walters, ‘Mr Touch’ himself, and other representatives from the New Zealand Touch community. We will discuss their accomplishments in the game, the importance of development in NZ and their approach to being elite athletes at the top of our sport

All four interviews will be on the England Touch YouTube channel to either watch live or at a time more convenient to you!
