Hot Custard's retain 100% record in Valencia

4 English teams headed for some Touch in the sun and came home with silverware!

Hot Custard (Dodging and Catching) and Galaxy London (Knights and Jedis) both sent 2 teams to the established tournament in Valencia, a great showing as they all 4 teams came in the top 5, with female MVP being chosen from the HC team, too!

Dodging Custard ensured that the HC name was engraved on the trophy, maintaining their 100% record at the Valencia tournament, with yet another win!

Galaxy went down to Dodging Custard  in a drop off in the semis when a stray pass was intercepted on the Custard line to secure their progression to the finals. Having seen off Catching Custard for their final spot the Free Touch Squirrels had  a tough job in keeping the Custard team at bay. After some pretty nifty footwork and a couple of pirouettes Custard snuck a pass off to their winger who trotted over the line for a hat trick of touchdowns in the final! A thrilling game and 8-7 win, saw the Custardites lift the trophy.

Lady MVP and newcomer to the Custard clan, Leah Cutherbertson fully deserving her MVP title, especially considering there were no lady subs!

Cracking weekend was had by all, there were plenty of headaches, bleary eyes and suntan lines as testament to that the following morning!
