We're recruiting an Operations Manager

England Touch is recruiting its third paid position.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivery in the following core operational areas of the England Touch Association:

  • Membership/Affiliation offer
  • Event Management and Delivery
  • Training and Development
  • Participation and Growth

The Operations Manager will also oversee member, affiliate and partner relationships, as well as carry out wider organisational administration. This role will work closely across other areas of the organisation, including workforce management, governance and finance.

Because this position also includes the delivery of courses, the successful candidate will either currently hold both a Level 1 or above Touch Coaching and Level 1 or above Touch Refereeing qualification, or have the willingness to qualify as soon as is possible.

A current UK driving licence and access to transportation for attending events and transporting equipment is essential.

This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week) on an initial six month contract (with option to extend should the ETA's financial circumstances allow), and given the nature of the position flexible hours of work should be expected.
