The University of Nottingham’s Riverside Sports Complex hosts the first national action of 2022 in the form of University NTS Round 3.
Twenty-two teams are heading to the midlands from across the country, representing 14 different universities.
Loughborough 1 will be looking to continue their good form from the pre-Christmas northern round, while Exeter 1 and Bath 1 split the southern tournaments between them. With Durham, Bristol and Cardiff all being competitive in the first half of the season expect plenty of tight games, and maybe a few surprises, too!
Saturday’s action is split into three competitions, a Cup featuring two pools of four, with the morning round robins followed by knockout matches in the afternoon, a Plate with the same format as the Cup, and a Bowl, whose six teams will play each other in a round robin then a placing match at the end of the day.
The first game taps off at 9:30am, with the Cup final at 4:30pm.
