Coach Education Day

In the first of a series of events, England Touch is pleased to announce a Coach Education Day for anyone interested in developing their coaching knowledge. The course will focus on giving coaches tools and skills to gain a greater understanding of the game. The course will be a combination of seminars and outdoor practical work, and will cover all aspects of the game from sub-unit skills to game planning and current strategies of the game. There is no assessment, simply discussions and presentations of topics and concepts within Touch which will help develop your team.

The course will be presented by Mel Carson (current England Women™s Open Coach) and Taryn Pile (England Touch Development Director).

When: Sunday 16th January 2011. 10am-4pm

Where: Berkshire County Sports Club, Sonning Lane, Sonning, Berks, RG4 6ST

Cost: £20 per participant

What to bring: Outdoor/sports clothing, pen and notepad. Packed lunch and drink bottle. All course material will be provided.
