Help take England Touch to the next level

England Touch has a number of opportunities for individuals to help take the Association to the next level in its development.

England Touch is in a strong position both on and off the field. The High Performance Training Squads are in the final months of their preparation for the 2018 European Championships, while the recent appointment of England Touch’s first full-time paid executive, along with a number of senior voluntary positions, has markedly strengthened the Association’s management.

Two new roles have been created, Chair and Head of Volunteers, and a number of other important vacancies are available in several areas.

Chair The role of the Chair is to provide leadership and direction to the Board, enabling them to fulfil their responsibilities for the overall governance and strategic direction of the organisation. CLICK HERE for a full role description

Head of Volunteers The Head of Volunteers will lead on all aspects of volunteer wellbeing, including developing a strategy to recruit, reward and retain volunteers. CLICK HERE for a full role description

Referee Manager The National Referee Manager is responsible and accountable for the recruitment, development, training, participation and retention of England-based referees. CLICK HERE for a full role description

Non-Executive Director Act in an advisory capacity by bringing a breadth of business and management knowledge and experience from a professional background for the benefit of the England Touch Association and the sport of Touch. CLICK HERE for a full role description

Commercial Partnership Services and Sponsorship Manager We are looking for a Commercial Partnership Services and Sponsorship Manager who will be part of the ETA team, working to maximise the commercial potential of England Touch through sponsorship, major events, marketing partners and broadcast partners. Assistant Coaches Positions are available for the following teams, with two assistants per team: Men’s Open, Mixed Open, Men’s 21s (Scholars), Women’s 21s (Scholars), Women’s 30s, Mixed 30s, Men’s 35s, Men’s 40s, Men’s 45s. CLICK HERE for a full role description

Team Operations Managers Team Managers need to have demonstrable team management experience, delivering within pressurised environments with multiple stakeholders. Previous experience within elite sport is highly desirable. Please note that Team Managers are non-playing individuals. Vacancies are available with the following teams: Men's Open, Women's Open, Mixed Open, Boys' 18s, Women's 21s (Scholars), Men's 21s (Scholars), Men's 30s, Women's 30s, Mixed 30s, Men's 35s, Women's 35s, Men's 45s.
